Who We Are

i8chat is operated by Admov llc, United States. These terms are between you and Admov llc.

Authorized Use

You may use i8chat only with Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the campaigns, keywords, links, and messages you configure.

Your Responsibility

You are the business sending the messages. You must have the rights to the accounts you connect and to the links and content your campaigns and broadcasts send.

Platform Compliance

You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. i8chat may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.

Availability

i8chat depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, database, and queue providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Open-Source Core

i8chat is built on OpenReply, an open-source project released under the MIT License at github.com/diwenne/openreply. Hosted infrastructure, managed support, agency workflows, analytics, reports and other paid service features are provided by Admov llc separately from that open-source code.

Plans And Billing

i8chat has a Free plan and paid monthly plans, at the prices shown on the pricing page and in Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each month at the listed price until you cancel. You can upgrade from Billing, and switch plans or cancel in Billing, Manage billing (Stripe's customer portal). As the Billing page says, a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

When a paid subscription ends, or while a payment is failing, the workspace uses the Free plan's limits. Campaigns that are already running keep running within the Free plan's monthly DM allowance, no further campaign can be switched on beyond the Free plan's limit, and your campaigns, logs and data are kept. DM allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
