One workspace per client
Your own workspace on Agency ($49/mo) lets you create a separate workspace for each client. Each starts on Free (1 account, 250 DMs a month) with its own DM allowance and its own subscription, so each client can pay for their own plan directly, and only busy clients need to upgrade, to Creator ($9) or Pro ($19). For example, 3 busy clients on Creator: $49 + 3 × $9 = $76/mo in total. If you pay for everything yourself, the single Agency workspace is cheaper.

How many Instagram accounts can agencies connect?
The Agency plan has no limit on connected Instagram professional accounts, and an Agency owner can keep each client in a separate workspace. Each new workspace starts on the Free plan and has its own subscription, so a client workspace that needs more than Free allows is upgraded on its own.
Can clients see reports without logging in?
Yes. Shareable report pages are public read-only links that hide private workspace controls and DM copy.
Can reports be white-labeled?
Not yet. Shared reports show a small i8chat mark and hide your workspace controls and DM copy.
